Entering Patient Consent

The Patient Consent section allows three types of consent to be recorded for the patient. There are also areas to record the date consent was given, and the pharmacy staff member who received the consent. The Comments field provides an area to enter notes regarding the consent. These fields can be updated as required.

  1. Search for and select the patient.
  2. Press the Consult tab. The consent information is displayed on the bottom half of the tab.

  1. Enter the Consent Date and the User who received the consent.
  2. Add any additional comments.
  3. Select the Save button.
